Hands down, one of my all-time favorite foods has to be barbeque. It's like the smoke from a pit can find my nose from miles away. If you are looking for barbeque in the town of Berthoud, we know of a new place you need to check out. White Paper BBQ has officially opened on Saturday, June 26 at 450 8th Street next to Berthoud Brewing Company.

Jim Rowan, Pit Master, and owner of White Paper BBQ is smoking up all of your favorites that you would normally find at an authentic barbeque pit with a Texarado twist.

Brisket, pulled pork, turkey breast, sweet Italian sausage, pork ribs, and elk jalapeno sausage round out the meat selection at White Paper BBQ. Barbeque wouldn't be complete without a side or two. White Paper BBQ offers mac-n-cheese, honey mustard slaw, ranch beans, and potato salad. Wraps, bowls, and sandwiches are available on the menu as well. White Paper BBQ also offers large holiday meals and catering.

White Paper BBQ is currently open from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. These hours will change as the additional staff is hired and trained soon. Check out White Paper BBQ's menu and make a date to go get yourself some smokey barbequed meats in Berthoud.
