After a year like 2020, most of us want to be away from the crowds and enjoying nature more than ever. But, after a year like 2020 in Colorado, even that can be tricky. Navigating areas damaged by the Cameron Peak and East Troublesome wildfires, along with COVID-19 restrictions and the typical reservations system, sometimes finding a place to set up camp is no easy feat.
That said, due to COVID-19 restrictions, a handful of campsites within Rocky Mountain National Park still have 'TBD' opening dates for the summer of 2021. But, here are five campsites in, or close to, Rocky Mountain National Park, that you can reserve for this spring and summer.
