22 Presidential Candidates Appear on 2016 Colorado General Election Ballot

The 2016 Presidential Election is not just between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. I filled out my mail-in "Official Ballot for General Election Larimer County, Colorado" last night and there were 22 choices for President on the ballot. I am in the media and I have never heard of 75% of these people. How do they even end up on the ballot? It's absolutely ridiculous.
