There’s Now Another State Where Coloradans Can Get In-State Tuition
When you're considering a college, cost is a major factor. This week, another state announced Coloradans can attend public schools for the same price as residents.
Will you still need that winter coat? Oh, you betcha! (Unfortunately.) According to KDVR, Colorado students will be able to pay the same tuition as South Dakota residents at public universities, in an effort to grow enrollment. It's called the 'South Dakota Advantage,' which means students from Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado are all eligible, starting in the summer of 2019.
You may need to brush up on your mid-west vocab, however. If you don't know what pert'near means, this may help.
