Where: 250 North 11th Street, Windsor, CO

When: Thursday, October 31, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. 

You may have seen a flashing sign in Windsor this week that reads "Safe Halloween Windsor." The annual event boasts its fun and safe atmosphere for kids to show off their costume and enjoy spooky festivities.

The Windsor Police Department and the Optimist Club are providing a night of Halloween games and sweet treats for kids 12 and under.

Costumes are encouraged but certainly not mandatory.
