In my opinion, Jalisco es Mexico Food Truck is a total hidden gem in Windsor. The food truck is located between the Super 8 Motel and the Breeze Thru Car Wash at 12265 Main St in Windsor.

The food truck is not visible from Main Street. Act like you are heading to Ace Hardware, and you will see it.

The tacos are extremely authentic, and the prices are extremely reasonable. This is the best taco you can find in Windsor. I could rave about the tacos all day long. What deserves another shoutout is Jalisco es Mexico Food Truck’s breakfast burritos.
