What We Ordered at Maggie’s Tacos

I have been to a ton of taco trucks in Northern Colorado, but few compare to the great experience I had at Maggie's Tacos. I ordered two asada street tacos and one barbacoa street taco. My girlfriend ordered a pastor street taco and two asada tacos. We shared a cheese quesadilla for the table. We each Coca-Cola that was in glass bottles, too.

Authentic, Flavor-Packed Street Tacos in Fort Collins

I have been to quite a few taco trucks and spots in Northern Colorado. I have to say, that Maggie's Tacos in Fort Collins is by far one of the most authentic and delicious experiences I have had. I took one bite of my taco and immediately said out loud "Now that's what I'm talking about".

The food was extremely fresh, juicy, packed with flavor, and memorable.

Make It a Night: Tacos, a Movie, and Ice Cream

If you are looking for a date night plan, I would recommend going to Maggie's Tacos, then seeing a movie at the Lyric, which is right across the street, and then going and visiting the new Edison's Ice Cream Shop in Old Town.
