A viral video of an adult man assaulting a teenager at Loveland's In-N-Out Burger has been circulating on social media platforms over the past couple of weeks. The video shows a man grabbing a teenager by the neck and pushing him back, causing the teenager to fall on the floor.

The incident took place on August 4, 2024 at 1 a.m. Loveland police officers were called to In-N-Out to investigate the assault. The teenagers told responding officers that they were engaged in horseplay inside the restaurant and splashing water on each other. This is when one of them splashed a woman with water accidentally.

The victim of the assault approached the table where the couple was sitting to apologize and the man placed his hands on the front and back of his neck, pulling him down to the table, and proceeded to throw him backward onto the floor.

VIDEO: Man Throws Teenager at Loveland In-N-Out

Loveland Police were able to confirm the identity of the man by gathering information and details given by witnesses who could identify the man in the video. Officers presented the case to the Larimer County District Attorney's Office on August 9. A no-bond arrest warrant was issued for the man who has been identified as Lucas Kalisher, 55, of Loveland.

Kalisher has been charged with two offenses. Assault in the second degree, a class 5 felony, and Child Abuse, a class 1 misdemeanor.  According to Loveland Police, Kalisher turned himself in at the Larimer County Jail on August 13, at 10:33 p.m.

The Loveland Police Department is still looking to speak to anyone who might have witnessed the incident at Loveland's In-N-Out on August 4, 2024.
