A Colorado Hotel Needs to Make This Crazy Idea Come to Life
Do you ever lie in bed and come up with some wild ideas? I do. Often. I had an idea that could be quite amazing. This idea stems from what I was lying on, my mattress, and the "what ifs" started rolling in my head.
Shopping for a bed is pretty terrible if you think about it. The traditional ways of purchasing a mattress involve going to a store, lying on a bed where everyone can see you, with all of your clothes on. It just seems weird, doesn't it? I do not know a single person who goes to sleep wearing jeans. Sure, there are probably a few people, but a very small portion, and probably for a good reason.

The other option of purchasing a mattress is buying one online. We all know that reviews can be overinflated. The only surefire way to know if you actually like the bed or not is to sleep in it. But how would you do that without actually purchasing the mattress, having it delivered, then, if you don't like the mattress, having to deal with returning it? Talk about a total hassle. This is where I had an idea.
A Colorado Hotel Should Open That Feature Popular Mattresses
One very smart Colorado entrepreneur should open a hotel that features the top mattress brands. The rooms would be mattress-focused based on the brand and the line of the mattress.

I have always wanted to sleep on a Sleep Number bed, but I am not willing to pay a premium price of $12,000 to have a Sleep Number Climate 360 sent to my home just to try it, hate it, and feel like there should have been a better way to try a bed like this out.
I would gladly spend $200 for a night at a hotel to try out a bed like this, and if we love the bed, we can start saving for it. Heck, for something like this, I would plan my entire week-long vacation for a hotel such as this. One night, try a Tempur-Pedic, the next a Purple Mattress, and any other mattresses that this imaginary hotel would have.
