The phone number for after-hours water and sewer emergencies for Greeley is changing starting April 8th.

The Water and Sewer Department is creating a new emergency line using a first response tool to improve after-hours level of service. This first response program improves response operations.

Personnel that are on-call will have location information, call description and contact information for the situation. The program will also track crew assembly, response times, photo documentation of the scene, and reduce paperwork.

Weld County residents can use this service to report leaks, sewage backups and other issues.
