Fort Collins Jax Fish House Adding 3 Additional ‘Ghost’ Restaurants

As restaurants in Larimer County close to in-person dining, Jax Fish House in Old Town is ramping up its delivery service, with four restaurants soon operating out of one kitchen. 

Downtown Fort Collins' popular Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar will soon host Lafayette's The Post Chicken & Beer, Denver's The Tender Project and The Lasagna Project out of its kitchen, restaurant group Big Red F announced in a release. 

Just after Thanksgiving, on Friday, November 27, Jax Fish House will become home to a lot of chicken, with The Tender Project, with things like 'double-dipped tenders and ThighFries, trimmed pieces of dark meat that get the same double-dipping process before being fried to juicy, golden perfection.' Available daily from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for takeout and delivery.

Starting Monday, November 30, gluten-free fried chicken and 'farm fresh' food is coming to Jax, with The Post Chicken and Beer available for takeout and delivery, daily from 3:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Big Red F says that The Lasagna Project will arrive at a later date. WeDeliver service also offers alcohol delivery, and orders over $25 are delivered for free for the rest of 2020.
