Description:
Toast to Transitions is the annual live fundraising event for Homeless Gear, a Colorado-based non-profit that empowers individuals and families who face homelessness to survive, move forward and thrive.

This event represents our best opportunity to gather and celebrate with our community. It is a chance to build awareness, thank supporters, celebrate accomplishments, share our vision and raise funds—and enthusiasm—for our mission. Programming will include live music, food, local beer and wine, an auction, guest speakers and more. Guests will include more than 450 community members.

Homeless Gear operates a continuum (short- and long-term services) of nine programs and initiatives. We also oversee the Murphy Center, a resource center in Larimer County that hosts 20 independent non-profits. Our collective efforts help individuals and families meet their immediate and long-term needs while furthering our community’s plan to make homelessness rare, short-lived and non-recurring. In 2017, Homeless Gear and the Murphy Center collaborative helped more than 100 individuals secure housing.
