A Colorado middle school teacher has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a child according to KDVR.

Justin Paul Manter, 25, of Lakewood, was taken into custody on Wednesday, November 17. Manter is facing five total counts of sexual exploitation of a child according to the First Judicial District Attorney's Office. Manter is also being charged for cruelty to animals in Jefferson County.

According to KDVR, the First Judicial District Attorney's Office has not released any information about the details in the charges against Manter. The district attorney has also chosen not to disclose the school where Manter was teaching as of yet.

KDVR states that this is currently a developing story and more information will be given when details to this case are received.
