In other Colorado sports news, Colorado is good at hockey.

The Colorado Eagles finished off their road series on Sunday, Nov. 7, where they finished 3-1. Those two wins came from a sweep against the Texas Stars.

Once again, the Eagles will hit the road and head back to face off against the Texas Stars on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12 and 13.

How the Eagles Match Up Against the Stars

The two games from last weekend between the Eagles and the Stars were slightly different stories.

Game one ended in a 2-1 victory for the Eagles, one that came with the Eagles' two goals scored in the third period. Additionally, the second game of the series was thanks to a huge second period for Colorado.

While the Eagles started the road trip with three straight wins, they came up just short in their 4-3 loss against Ontario.

However, the Eagles will no doubt maintain their intensity as they head to the Lone Star State once again.

When to Expect the Eagles Back at Home

While the Eagles have had a long stretch on the road, this weekend included, keep your eyes on tickets for soon-to-come games at the Budweiser Events Center.

The Eagles will be back home on Nov. 19 and 20 to host the Henderson Silver Knights.

Even better? The Nov. 19 game will be Cowbell Giveaway Night, so expect some noise. The following game on Nov. 20 will be Colorado Hockey Night to appreciate one of the best sports Colorado seems to take for granted.

Tickets are still available online for both upcoming home games.
